Uber Driver Shows Support for NHF 7.0

With barely few days to the most anticipated event of the year *NHF 7.0 – 1st Lagos Edition*, which is slated to hold on 1st December at Oriental Hotels, Victoria Island, residents of lagos have shown immense support towards the success of the event.

The Lagos, Ibadan and Abeokuta team forged out in full force to paint the city of Lagos in the NHF style. As a result of this, taxi drivers & bus drivers amongst others have shown a distinctive display of support and dedication in a bid to support the forthcoming National Housefair by pasting stickers on their vehicles and spreading the word with passengers and passers by.

In a video making rounds on social media, an uber driver is seen talking about the grand event with utmost joy as he showcases the boldly printed stickers on his car. “I’m proud to be your ambassador", he said in the video.

He further stated that he would be attending the event with 7 of his invitees.

Bstan Group is set to hold Lagos National House Fair on Dec 1, 2022 at The Oriental Hotel, VI.

The promoter of the foremost real estate company in Nigeria, BSTAN Homes and Properties Limited, has announced that the 7th edition of the National House Fair and Lagos Maiden edition will hold on December 1st, 2022 at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

This was disclosed by the Coordinator, Lagos National House Fair, Mr Tolu Oluwo, during a press conference held on Tuesday heralding the forthcoming event tagged: 'Property in a sachet.'

"The objective of the event is to bring affordable, accessible and functional housing to low income earners without stress," Oluwo added.

In her address at the event, the Group Managing Director, BSTAN Homes and Properties, Dr Becky Olubukola, said that the organization has taken it upon itself to create an avenue that will make middle class workers and artisans become home owners with ease.

“We have come to organize the Lagos edition of National House Fair with the aim of producing basic shelter for people at affordable rates. The government cannot do it alone, private public participation and workable policies that will support people are some of the things that we need.

“We started this project six years ago and we have recorded remarkable success in the real estate business. The 6th edition was held in Abuja recently where ten (10) participants won a plot of land each.

"We have since built about 28,000 units of houses and we plan to reach 5,000 housing units as well as expand to other African nations that have been inviting us,” she explained.

Dr Olubukola stated further that Nigerians do not need to break a bank to own a house as there are different housing schemes for bankers, medical personnels, traders, teachers, civil servants, youth

In her remark, the Abuja Coordinator of the National House Fair, Mrs Abimbola Adewumi, expressed that the company has been making remarkable progress in the creation of affordable house for the people.

In her words: "We have been adding value to the real estate sector and we promise to do more.”

She said that there will be a raffle draw at the event, where plots of land will be given freely to winners, adding that other participants will win consolation prices.

The above-named individual is a person of questionable character who illegally Obtained & swindled the following amount of money: Sixty-Eight Thousand Euros, Nineteen Thousand Pounds, Sixteen Thousand Pounds, Fifty Thousand Dollars and Twenty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred & Fifty-Six Euros under false pretense.

We call on the general public to take note on the transaction above which was fraudulently stolen by Mr Mohammad Rifat Al Hussaini.

The above-named criminal collected the total sum of money stated above and since then he has been on the run & refused to pay the equivalent.

We hereby put a price tag on

his whereabout. If you have any useful information on where and how we can get the man above, you will get the sum of $2,000.

We are in the process of reporting the matter to Interpol and the online fraud department to put him on high flight risk.

We are publishing all evidence including payment slips of each transaction and all conversation through chats and voice.
